Nili Poynter

Nili brings more than 13 years of diverse business and legal experience to Vinyl, and has worked in performance-based advertising for over 11 years. Nili leads the company's finance, legal, and human resource departments. She earned her BA in Political Science and Psychology from Boston University, Boston, MA., as well as her Juris Doctorate and MBA from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, CA.
Rob Poynter
CEO | Co-Founder
For the last 20 years Rob has been a fixture in the marketing space for colleges and universities. Throughout his career he has worked with multiple startups as a board member, as well as leadership and funding roles. In 2004 he co-founded Vinyl Interactive with a core mission to create a company that joined philanthropy and business in a mutually equitable manner. Since then, over 80,000 students have enrolled across 200 universities, with over $1.2 million in scholarships being awarded and another $600,000 to various charities. When he isn't working out or taking his daughters to ballet, Rob is steering the corporate strategy and overseeing the operations and business development departments.
Jake Wagenman
Director Of Operations
A double major from the University of California Santa Barbara (Business Economics and Philosophy), Jake joined Vinyl Interactive in 2015 as an operations analyst. He used his experiences in improving small businesses and finance accounting background to boost Vinyl’s resource efficiency and streamline processes. Now as the Director Operations, Jake is the glue from our data science team to our tech team. He is currently spearheading optimization initiatives in our marketing campaigns, client quality and internal reporting. His passions include animal welfare, his men's softball league... and also his family.
